Former Cub Scout Greg Vickers presents plaque

6th Wrexham Scout Group are this year celebrating 30 years of adventures with a packed programme of events.

Former Cub Scout Greg Vickers, who was injured in a hit-and-run accident 9 years ago, came along to visit the Beaver Scouts and unveil a special plaque that he’d made as part of the Erlas Garden Project he is part of.

Colleen Graham said, “It was really nice of Greg to make us this plaque. We’ve placed it as the centre-piece of a garden the Beaver Scouts have helped to create. We’d like to thank Erlas for their help with this.”

  1. Hi. We have a reunion meal, on the evening of the 7th June. If you have been associated with 6th (Leader, young person, or parent), we’d love to see you there. The following afternoon will see a celebration service. For further details, please contact Colleen (see above!), or me.
