It’s 12 months since we made some big changes to how we volunteer.
The changes included:
- Teams being responsible for tasks rather than individual volunteers
- A clear Volunteering Culture
- Often face-to-face, non-essential training becoming useful online learning
- Welcome Conversations instead of Appointments Advisory Committees
- My Membership instead of Compass
- the ability to recruit new volunteers via the Volunteering Opportunities pages
