Transformation – One Year On Survey

It’s 12 months since we made some big changes to how we volunteer.

The changes included:

  • Teams being responsible for tasks rather than individual volunteers
  • A clear Volunteering Culture
  • Often face-to-face, non-essential training becoming useful online learning
  • Welcome Conversations instead of Appointments Advisory Committees
  • My Membership instead of Compass
  • the ability to recruit new volunteers via the Volunteering Opportunities pages
