You’ve had your briefings, and are hopefully now all clued up on what changes are coming in place. The responsibility is now on you to cascade the information onto your groups. We trust you to get this information out in the best way for your team. This might be through a face to face meeting, on zoom or another way. It’s really important that your team understands the changes and how they will affect them.
We’ve put together some resources to help you share this information. Don’t worry though, the transformation team will still be on hand to support you through this. If you or your teams have any questions that you’re not 100% on, get in touch and we will try our best to support you.
