UK are actively exploring if we can recognise historic data where it’s not currently pulling through to new roles.

Confusion where to find teams and units
Suggested that Teams and Units are shown on a single page.
Can only see teams and units I am directly a member of
Suggested that a Teams and sub-units page is created for each Unit
Unclear how Teams and Units fit together
Suggested that an organisation chart is created showing hierarchy of Teams and Units.
Not received validation code
Recommend checking spam folders, requesting on one device and checking email on another, or contacting Support Centre to manually resend the code.
Can’t message sub-teams or by role (for example message all Group Lead Volunteers in a District)

Nights Away report of how many nights each Section has done would be useful

Where multiple volunteers share a role which gives an ex-officio Trustee role, system creates Trustee role for each, but this goes against POR (see Rule 5.3.4.5 a)
Raised with the system development team to be investigated further. In the meantime, the practicalities of this (i.e which volunteer has ex-officio trustee status) will need to be agreed, noted and managed locally.
Would be useful for a NAN approval to be an Action for Lead Volunteers not a Notification
