After the success of the first Transformation Conference two weeks ago in Prestatyn, the Clwyd Scouts Transformation Team were out in force again today at Wrexham Scout’s HQ for another event.

As we’re sure you’re all aware – volunteering is changing across the country to help us reach more young people. Clwyd Scouts is an early adapter for Transformation alongside Belfast, Berkshire, Coventry, Dorset, Greater London Middlesex West, Guernsey, Humberside, South East Scotland and West Yorkshire. We’re the only early adopter in Wales!

We’re rolling out changes to help us give a warmer welcome for everyone, deliver better learning and simplify how we volunteer together.

The conference, organised by Transformation Lead, David Morris (Moz) was the second event held over the last few weeks to help volunteers understand the changes coming and how they affect them within their roles.

You can find out everything you need to know on our Transformation pages here: https://clwydscouts.org.uk/transformation/ – there will be a whole host of new resources appearing here over the coming weeks.
