To make Camp Clwyd the BEST camp we’ve ever seen, we’re going to need a bit of help. If you – or anyone else you know (share, share, share!) – can sort us out with anything on this page, let us know!
Help with bases
We know someone has to look after the young people, finish the washing up and make butties for lunch, BUT – without adults to help run the bases they won’t happen.
We’ll be in touch about how this is going to work but just be ready and don’t expect to come along to a camp where everything is put on for you!

Climbing wall belayers
If you’ve got a permit that lets you run a mobile climbing wall, please get in touch.
We absolutely promise this means just helping out for a couple of hours, not the whole weekend!

Do you have any young people in your Section who are in a band or are musicians who’d like to appear on our big stage?

Youth Media Team
Our Camp Clwyd Media Centre is going to be the buzzing heart of the site.
As well as our very own radio station and newspaper we’ll be sharing skills on how to get Scouts in the media.
If you’re a Scout, Explorer or Network member who’s interested in the media, get in touch and we’ll get you an Access All Areas pass!
